How can I contact you?

Please email your questions or queries via our contact us form and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.  Emails are responded to within 24 hours, between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Can I view or pick up my item from your warehouse?

Paulette Couture is an online store.  We endeavour to supply you with accurate descriptions, photos and sizing charts giving you detailed information about all of our products.

    What is Paulette Couture's sizing?

    Our garments are a small fit.  Please refer to the specific size chart for each item, as sizing charts are accurate.  For a more relaxed fit, please order one size up.

      How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

      We will send you your order within 48 hours, Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.  We offer tracked, standard parcel delivery.  You should receive your item/s within 1-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.  Peak delivery times may take longer.

        Will I have to sign for my parcel?

        Yes.  All Paulette Couture items are sent via a tracking postal service.  Should you not be home to receive your parcel, it will be redirected to your nearest post office or newsagent pickup centre and a postal card will be left advising you of the location.   You may also be given the option, prior to delivery, to release your signature for safe drop off delivery or redirection.  Please note that any requests for changes from the the delivery company are only requests and not guaranteed.

          How do I track my parcel?

          All Paulette Couture parcels are assigned a tracking number which will be sent to you when your item/s have been dispatched.  Track your item here.

          My tracking code does not seem to be working.

          It can take up to 72 hours for your tracking information to appear on the postal company's website.

            What should I do if I have not received my order or shipping email confirmation?

            Please check your junk mail or spam folder.  It is also possible that your email address was entered incorrectly.  If you still cannot find it, please contact us so that we can verify your purchase and resend your confirmation email.  

              Do you offer a Lay-By payment option?

              Yes.  Please use the Afterpay payment option at the checkout. Your purchase/s will be divided into 4 equal payments over an 8 week period. Paulette Couture offers you this service for free and you will not incur any additional fees or interest.

                Can I cancel or change my order?

                You may cancel or change your order before you have received your dispatch email with your tracking number assigned.  Please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.  This does not apply to purchases made using the Afterpay payment option.  Please note that Afterpay purchases are strictly non-refundable and not able to be cancelled or changed once the order has been placed.

                  Do you offer a store credit or refund for returns?

                  You may return your order to us in its original, unused condition within 14 days only for a store credit or exchange.  Store credits are valid for 12 months and only for the item/s purchased.  They do not include any postal charges.  Please click here for more information on our returns policy. 

                  How do I redeem my store credit?

                  Once we have received your returned item/s and they have been checked, we will issue you with a store credit code.  You can redeem this at the checkout by simply copying and pasting your store credit code into the discount box before payment.  

                  Do you offer exchanges?

                  Yes.  We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase.  To exchange your item/s, please contact us and quote your order number.  You will then need to send your parcel to:

                  Please include the following: 

                  • A copy of your invoice
                  • The item/s you wish to exchange in their original, unused condition with all Paulette Couture tags still attached.

                  Please refer to our returns policy for more information on what is an acceptable return or exchange.

                  Will the item I receive look like the picture online?

                  Paulette Couture has made every possible effort to show you items as accurately and true to life as possible.  Please note that each computer screen colour settings may vary which may affect the way products appear when viewing on a mobile, computer monitor, tablet, etc.. We will not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies that may occur.
