At Paulette Couture we want you to be 100% satisfied and believe in offering you the best online shopping experience possible.  You may return your order to us in its original, unused condition within 14 days for a store credit or exchange. 
By ordering from Paulette Couture you agree to the following returns policy.

Return your product easily with these simple steps

1.  Please send us your item/s along with your returns form, which is supplied to you with your package. 

2.  Send the package to:

3.  You will usually receive notice from us within 14 working days from receipt of the package of your exchange or store credit.

Return's Policy

1.  You have 14 days to return your purchase from the purchase date.
2.  The item/s, its contents and the packaging must be unused in its original condition and packaging.  Your item/s must be in the following condition, otherwise they will not be accepted for exchange or store credit and will be returned back to you:
      • Unused and in re-sellable condition
      • Un-washed, un-ironed and with original tags and/or packaging
      • Must not be altered or with odours (perfume, smoke, etc..) or with stains
      • Item/s which have been returned us which exceed the 14 day return's policy period from the purchase date
      3.  Your return will be received and inspected by our team (this process usually takes 48hrs from receipt). Once inspected and verified that the goods are received in their original condition as sent to you, then your store credit or exchange will be processed within 14 days. 

      Preparing the package to be returned to us

      Ensure the item/s have been placed in the original packaging. Please ensure you include:

      • – A copy of the original proof of purchase
      • – Printed copy of our return form.  Your returns form was supplied to you with your package or can request to be emailed a new form here.       

      Do I have to pay the postage to return my items?

      The cost of returns to us is made by the consumer. Please note that we do not except hand delivered items.  Postage costs are non-refundable.  Returns with insufficient postage paid will be refused and returned.

      It is recommended that when returning your item, that you use a registered and insured delivery service. This will ensure you are able to keep track of your package at all times.
